Please read these Terms & Conditions before placing an order or using any service provided by Veekos.
US Dollars
Our store accepts US dollars. There may be additional foreign exchange fees that are assessed by your card issuers. Veekos doesn’t repay any loss associated with currency conversion.
Warranty

Warranty terms for different products may vary.
Deliver
Veekos will arrange the shipment to be delivered to the address left on the order detail.
An email notification will be sent when the tracking ID has been entered. You can also check the latest shipping status by logging in your account for order details or by visiting our Order Tracking page.
If your region is not listed and you would like to inquire about the delivery, feel free to contact support@veekos.com.
Veekos is unable to satisfy individual requests from users on the specific carrier to use for a specific order. If you leave a PO.Box address for your order, we may have to cancel your order.
Tax
For EU region, VAT is collected at the time of checkout as required by EU Commission to comply with VAT e-commerce obligations.
Veekos provides the IOSS to the carrier to expedite the customs clearance process and report the VAT to the European Commission every month. By doing so, we are providing the information required for customs clearance upfront, so there should be no delay for customs clearance.
PS: In rare cases, the logistic carrier may overlook the IOSS and recharge you the VAT. In this case, please contact support@veekos.com to get a refund for the VAT, or ask Veekos to pay the VAT on your behalf.
Custom import taxes are not included in the payment and are generally not collected in most logistic routes we provide unless you go with the express shipment (like FedEx/TNT/DHL).
Note: Import tax is not included and might be collected by the customs. Veekos is not responsible for collecting and paying any incurred tax.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please submit a cancellation request as soon as possible.
For expedited orders, we may ship within 6 hours, so if you contact us promptly, we can cancel immediately. For orders processed between 6-24 hours, cancellation is still possible, though chances decrease. After 24 hours, while we’ll make every effort to intercept the package, success becomes less likely.
If the package cannot be intercepted, you may return it upon receipt. Please note that Veekos will not be responsible for return shipping in this scenario.
Right to Change Terms and Conditions
Veekos may, at any time and from time to time, change these terms and conditions. Any changes to these terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon posting of the changed terms and conditions on the Site. You agree to review these terms and conditions periodically, and your use of the Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms and conditions as changed.
Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections
Veekos reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on the Veekos Global Store (veekos.com) pages at any time without notice, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. If a pricing mistake occurs on the Veekos Global Store, you agree that Veekos will not be bound by that incorrect price, unless you have already been charged. In case of pricing errors on the website or made in connection with your order, we will send you notifications to allow you to continue your transactions at the correct price, or cancel your order without any cost on your side.
Veekos does provide a price-matching policy on veekos.com, and the specific terms can be found by this link. Due to differentiated shipping, marketing, and after-sales support, Veekos does NOT extend its price-matching policy for lower prices found on other platforms.
Return and Refund
a) Return Window
We offer 30 (thirty) days return for most of our products upon delivery for product quality issues. All return requests will not be available after that.
For generic reasons like “I don’t like the product now,” “I changed my mind”,the customer needs to request returns within 7 (seven) days.
Return requests for DIY Kits, due to the level of user customization involved, can only be accepted in 7 (seven) days once the product has been delivered.
b) Complete Package Rule
Please return the product with its original packaging, including manuals, novelty keycaps and the keycap puller that comes with the unit for a refund. Returns with incomplete/materially different packages may enable sellers to charge a restocking fee up to 15%, subject to the completeness of the package. We do not charge a restocking fee for normal wear of use on the keyboard.
c) Refund
An automatic refund will be issued within 3~5 business days of the receipt of your return.
d) Return Shipping
When customers decide to return a product at no fault of Veekos (for reasons such as “unwanted items” “I no longer need this”), they are responsible for the round-trip shipping.
We have US and CN warehouses to accept returns. Please contact customer service to get the return address.
For customers outside the USA, you will need to send the package to either our US or CN warehouse.
If the item needs to be returned because of Veekos’s responsibility and issues, we will reimburse the shipment up to $20 per package for keyboards
e) Customers are to bear the consequences and fees incurred if the failed delivery is caused by one of the following cases:
- Refuse delivery. Refusing the delivery of an international package may result in disposal by the carrier. Note Veekos will only refund you when we receive the return package, and any cost generated by return shipping of the refused package will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Please inform Veekos support promptly if you notice any mistakes in your address. If the changes are not made in a timely manner (before we send out the item), it may cause delivery failure. If redelivery isn’t possible, the package will be discarded by the carrier, and Veekos will be unable to offer compensation or a resend.
*Note Veekoswill only refund you when we receive the return package, and any cost generated by return shipping of the refused package will be deducted from the refund amount. - Custom Tax. Veekos doesn’t collect or pay for the customs taxes that are potentially charged by local customs for each region/country. It is the user’s responsibility to pay for the tax. If the package is destroyed or returned because the user doesn’t want to pay for the tax, the refund will be issued once Veekos receives the products, and we will deduct any return cost from the product amount.
- Recipient isn’t reachable when the carrier tries to contact, and failed to pick up afterwards;
h) Failed Delivery at the Fault of Logistics Carriers
The rate of delivery for all packages is 98%, and most packages will arrive on time based on Veekos‘s estimated time frame during checkout. However, occasionally users may experience unexpected delays of packages. Once posted, please wait for 60 calendar days (maximum) for the package to be delivered. If the package is not delivered within 60 calendar days due to the fault of the logistic carrier, Veekos will issue a full refund.
Note:
- Refunds are only issued for delays due to logistic carrier faults, not for packages lost due to force majeure or theft.
- Please note that in certain cases, the tracking may only be updated until the package arrives in your country. There may be intermittent or minimal tracking information until the package is out for delivery. Therefore, we are not obliged to offer refunds for lack of tracking updates if the package is still within 60 days of postage.
